“User” referred to in this agreement is you, the end-user of this site.

1) Access to site: The user is at least 18 years of age,  and has the legal right to possess adult material. The user knows and understands the standards and laws of his/her community/country/state/province as well as the site and computer from which they are viewing this site, and are solely responsible for their actions. As the site may contain adult content, the user does not find images adults to be offensive or objectionable. The user will not sell and/or in any way redistribute the contents of this site. The user will not attempt to bypass any security and/or access feature of this site. The user acknowledges and accepts that he/she may be in violation of local and federal laws and is solely responsible for their actions. By entering any page of this site, the user releases and discharges the site, owners, operators, designers and creators of this site from any all liability claims.

2) Content of Submissions: The user shall not submit to this site any materials which

(a) infringe the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of any third party;

(b) libel, defame, invade privacy, or;

(c) violate any law or regulation;

(d) advocate illegal activity, or;

(e) advertise or otherwise solicit funds or are a solicitation for illegal goods or goods or services. The user agrees to indemnify this site and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all third party claims, lawsuits, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from user’s submission of any materials in violation of the foregoing restrictions. The user will accept full responsibility for the resulting actions of any submissions made to or posted on this site.

3) Governing Law; Invalidity of Separable Provisions; Entire Agreement: This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York in the United States, regardless of the place or places of its physical execution and performance. Any actions brought by the site, operators, owners, designers and creators of this site or user based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in court in the State of New York in the United States. If any term or provision of this Agreement is for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other term or provision, and this Agreement shall be interpreted as if such term or provision had never been contained in this Agreement. 

4.) (a.) User shall not post any vulgar language in their profile or use vulgar language communicating in the site.

(b.) Users will upload a clear face photo of themselves as their primary photo.

(c.) User will complete all the information in the required fields including an informative personal bio of yourself

(d.) Users will not post any nude photos or photos displaying only nude pieces parts of their body.

(e.) The user is a gay man searching only for intelligent conversation and cultural exchange, friends in a real sense, or a real-time, long term relationship.

(f.) User is not advertising for or soliciting for sex, or, alternative life-styles such as B/D, S/M, cross-dressing,

(g.) The user agrees to reply to all messages in a friendly manner.

(h.) If you develop a partnership or marriage, or, if you are married or partnered, this MUST be disclosed in your profile information.

(i.)  Married or partnered men may participate in the community provided that their purpose for participation is not to solicit sex. 

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the site owner, operators, owners, designers, and creators, and user with respect to its subject matter. Violations of the terms of use of this site could / will result in your profile being suspended or terminated without any refund.
